these two aresholes in Ormskirk. One on two sets of double yellow lines, one kind of in the middle of nowhere, both obstructing the entrance to a car park.

There's a prick in town who parks his Scirocco close to a junction on double yellow lines outside his house every evening, despite having a driveway. These nobbers do this (I see it elsewhere, too) because they know they're not going to get caught.

The really annoying thing is that there's a big-ass car park behind them that is patrolled by local council wardens, but the turning area and the double yellows are the responsibility of the county council who never enforce them.

I've emailed the council with a big list of places where illegal parkers can be seen regularly and what did they do about it? Nuffink! It's so common that I even put Google street view screenshots in the email showing the bad parking! Another one that winds me up is this one that was on GSV. People park right up against the end stop of the double yellows but this means that their car sticks out into the main road. All the council have to do is extend the lines by a foot to get rid of the problem...

I finally managed to persuade H&F council to paint double yellow lines in front of the entrance to our private driveway after sending them a screen-grab from GSV which showed that there had been a van parked across our entrance at the exact moment that the GSV car had passed.
Still didn't stop us having to wait for 10 minutes on Saturday for a wretched Amazon delivery guy to come back to his van which he had left on the double yellows in front of our gates despite there being several clear residents bays available...

Very posh. The Amazon delivery folk around here do so in their own cars because they can't afford a van!

That turn of phrase reminds me of walking the dogs along a section of dual carriageway, and finding the pavement totally blocked because the driver hadn't wanted to use his sloped driveway after what was going to be a frosty night. So we had to use the road. Mercifully I had just bagged one of the dogs' shits, so this was left perched on the windscreen.

I hope it was debagged during the placement process?

As long as the 'bag' was squished all over the screen by the wiper blade it's all good. Most people I see are blind to stuff stuck on the windscreen hence all the flyers in the air when they get posted.

^ I'd be tempted to phone the local police and let them know there is a car parked across a junction with the potential to cause a serious accident.

There are always cars parked on that corner. There is a row of houses that have no parking and the residents fill the road. There is a large area of grass in front of the houses and you'd think they'd all campaign for it to be converted by the council. There's even a car parked there on Google's satellite image!

Van man just pulled in and abandoned it like that. Hope the disabled driver in the 1 series doesn’t need to get into his car anytime soon.

Be a shame if that photo was accidentally sent to his employer...

Was the BMW actually displaying a blue badge? If not, it would actually be good!
Yesterday's law of traffic was that the more lowly the engine in your white 1-series, the more self-important the driving would be.

Yes it was. To the left of the Coop store is a doctors surgery which keeps those bays busy.

All the council have to do is extend the lines by a foot to get rid of the problem... I walked past this spot the other day and you can see where the double yellows from the main road have been removed to allow this parking debacle to happen (looks like they used to extend to about where the white van is). Whoever thought that was a good idea deserves a pat on the head. A cow pat! Anyway, back to why I actually came to post... Muf is another word for cunt, isn't it? There was another cunting Disco parked about 8" from my door in the same car park, too!

At IKEA on Saturday. They've got a couple (literally 2) of Ecotricity electric charging points at the end of one of the parking rows. When we came out there was a Tesla Model X parked in one of them, not hooked up and, I suspect, not able to use it due to it being a Tesla. Wanker.

Social distancing, obviously.
I parked in a line of empty spaces at Tesco last Saturday evening. Evan waited in the car whilst I did a quick shop. When I came out there was a car in the next space either side, despite a sea of empty spaces nearby. The daft old woman in the shitty Polo to the left had hit my car twice with her door, he told me. He also told me that he had glared at her, on my behalf. Good lad!

Range Rover cunt. He saw me taking the picture as he walked back to his cuntmobile so I just stared at him until he drove off.

Company I was at last week has disabled spaces outside the entrance, kind of like everywhere nowadays. One driver, who did have a disabled license plate, parked in one of these spaces, and had managed to get the entire front of the vehicle, over the kerb at the top of the space, possibly trying to drive past it by avoiding it, but the drivers wheel was stopped awkwardly on the wrong side, while the front bumper was in the middle of the footpath. Same driver was back the following day but seemed to have mastered the art of parking by then.

Shitroen parked on double yellows AND a junction. Delivery van stopped behind it, also on double yellows AND blocking a driveway. He was OK, though, as he had his hazard lights on. The universal sign of bad but temporary parking.

This twat doesn't seem to think that parking over there with all the other cars need apply to them.
