Absolutely not! It's far too good for that.

You still have the Cummins engined 110 so you will still have the Land Rover bug to bite you every now and then. I hope they serve you well.

No, it's staying mostly standard, this is just a sensible precaution.
I am getting decent tyres fitted tomorrow though. Gone for the BFG KO2s as I know them. I was looking at Cooper AT3 Sport 2, but everything I have read about Cooper tyres is that when they wear they get incredibly noisy.

OK, it's staying standard apart from:
Mud mats - fitted. Seat covers - still waiting. Underseal - done today. A/T tyres - getting done tomorrow.

🤣 Maybe, but I don't want it looking like this in a year's time. This is a 3 year old vehicle below.

All terrain tyres fitted this morning. I'm going to try and flog the Bridgestones.
Initial impressions are excellent. Very little increase in noise, but the ride is vastly improved.
The Bridgestone must have very hard sidewalls. The BFGs have very strong sidewalls, but they are designed to be aired down and up as needed to run soft. White lettering to the inside so hidden away.

Just needs a few garish decals and an enormous rear wing providing 300kg of downforce at 150 mph.

Proper Mitsubishi seat covers installed today so I can lose the far too short generic ones.
My plate from the TVR has also been added.
I've done a few miles now. It's relatively comfortable. Certainly quiet in terms of engine, transmission, tyre and wind noise. Very unlike the 90. Poor surfaces unsettle it more than the Land Rover, hut that will be the rear leaf springs.
Steering is completely devoid of any feel whatsoever - terrible, actually, but it's better than the Land Rover and it goes where I point it - it just feels artificially light.
Brakes seem decent despite drums on the rear and they do have feel, but I'm not used to ABS and it is keen to intervene.
I'm happy with Android Auto infotainment - it seems to work well and doesn't have any connection problems.
Overall. It is not my perfect vehicle, but I have made the right choice and the fact that I can get in and drive off without the worry of what will go wrong next is a huge plus.
I like the colour and and I like how it looks, which is a major consideration. Having a load bed I can chuck filthy stuff in and hose out while having a comfortable cab is a massive bonus.

Bike carrying capability added. Mountain top bars that fit into the channel on the roller shutter and are designed to accept standard Thule stuff. I'm happier with that than simply chucking the bike in the back.

Is there any means to mount those Thule carriers in the box?

No, you would need to install some sort of T track in the bed.

I think that is reasonably subtle. Main beam is terrible as it really isn't any brighter than dipped, just that the pattern changes a little. Dipped is excellent. Plug and play loom from STEDI meant I didn't have to go hunting for the main beam feed and my car doesn't have Canbus lights which was a concern. Number plate bracket holds the light bar after some modification as I turned it backwards to keep the light as close as possible to the grille.

Well, it is reasonably subtle compared to the big chrome bars stuck on the back! Are the standard headlights not great or are they more for using it when working?

Standard headlights on dipped are superb. Main is crap as there isn't a supplemental halogen to back up the HIDs so this comes on with the main beam.

You don't want to be pissing about with subtle light bars. It's a pickup truck. Full beam = that chrome bar with a couple of fuck off spotlights on. Job done!
