A friend sold his Merc SL500 through motorway a couple of years ago. Main dealer in Taunton bought it and sent the collection guy to St Andrews (!) to get it. It all seemed to go very well for a transaction in excess of £50k although my friend kept an eye on it and they struggled to sell, having to drop the price below what it cost them. I was going to use them to sell the Micra but the same friend told me he'd buy it at the same price as the best offer

Hopefully it will continue to be a good experience. If he tries to knock the price down he’ll have made a waster journey,

Looks smart. But the seller seems to have a habit of BREAKING INTO CAPITALS all the time. Which made my HEAD HURT trying to read the ad.

One lady owner from new. If only potential drivers knew how often you'd been driving it they'd run a mile!

Assuming you had that from before Covid, I bet you didn't expect it to be worth that by now!

Assuming you had that from before Covid, I bet you didn't expect it to be worth that by now! No, I expected it to be worth about that after 3 years (original plan), not double that. We bought it new in July 2018

So £22,150 was a crazy price to advertise it at, it’s sold. Hopefully to someone who’s going to look after it

It will of course be going to someone who will use twin buckets and stone guards to carress the paintwork every weekend ....prior to driving through halfords and covering it in Carbon fibre enhancements!

Face it. It’s already in the shop being slammed with ultra aggressive camber with 1/8 of the tread of each tyre on the road. Some amended pattern-player on the LEDs front and rear; stolen RS4 seats and puddle lighting that prints “King Boner” or something similar on the pavement as DJ Boogie Wah Wah (real name Kevin Jones) pulls up to his latest A1 listed gig (aka 6th form disco in his old school).

You forgot swapping the Pretoria's for Bentley wheels!
