Yes, I've been done driving towards a camera van.

Yez, the vans will get you either way. They aren't always "automatic" either, the operator can "tarģet" a vehicle they think is going too fast. As I found out. Fucking Kevin in his little fucking van. Kevin the kunt. Aaaaaanyway....

The suicidal motorbikists are out in full force. A-road just outside the village has a 50 limit and there are bikes going up and down there that are being rung out through the gears. They must easily be doing 130 mph+. Two fatal motorcycle RTCs in as many days in my force area over the last weekend. Dare I say it, but perhaps some have decided to go out "in a blaze of glory"? If they have lost their jobs, work in hospitality or for an airline/travel company etc and can see no hope of getting fulltime paid employment in the foreseeable future, they may have decided to take extra risk on the basis that if their ride goes horribly wrong, it solves all their problems ? I don't think that MPs etc have any idea how much the steps they have taken to "control" has affected the mental health of (tens of) thousands of others I think the bikers out there feel that as the roads are quieter, they can go balls out fast. I've just heard another group wringing out every gear on the 50mph A447 that passes the village. Some decidedly badly sighted junctions join that stretch...

Wow that's moving fast. I don't think it will be too difficult to trace him in modern Britain. CCTV will pick him up either entering or exiting the motorway and his mobile phone will also give him away.

Assume it must be an Audi RS6/7 with the limiter removed. It must have been pretty scary to see it go past you.

That plays right into the "Way too much power for the road, shoot them all" brigade.

ANPR will trace that easily enough and might even be useful in tracking his speed between cameras. Clearly a look at me tosser with too much money and confidence but not much in the way of brains.

The video isn't horrific (in that it looks pretty calm), but it's fucking appalling. Should you ever get your licence back after something like that?

The problem is that is being done in a car not designed to do 200 mph. This one was and looked what happened to it when a gust of wind went under it.

I thought Mark Webber was driving when that happened.

I thought Mark Webber was driving when that happened. I thought it happened to both of them - one in practice that came down on the track and one in the race? A colleague at the time was there and gave me a few bits of carbonfibre they'd brought back.....

Out walking and have been shaking the coffee beans at numerous cunts gunning their stupidly loud chariots along roads where they should only be doing 20 or 30.

More people pouring out onto the roads and a seemingly exponential increase in the number of numpties who are out and about. I have noticed a fairly big increase in RTCs at work, which isn't really surprising as traffic increases but it seems to be that there are a lot more involving motorcycles and pedal cycles.

Wait until you've got thousands of unstable electric scooters racing about on the roads with no lights, no indicators, and riders without any helmets.

The Power Rangers have been extremely active near here in the last few days of bright sun. They're not close by but you can hear them distinctly and they're obviously wringing it out in several gears.

I've noticed a lot more instances of cars pulling out on me on country roads seemingly without bothering to look. One earlier was another Ioniq who I only avoided rear ending but accelerating around him. It didn't have the led rear lights so it was a base model so most likely a minicab.

Power Rangers. They call them organ donors in A&E departments.

It's been ridiculous round here, stand in the garden and you can hear them wringing the neck of them down the road to the Coast. There's about a mile of dual carriageway with houses set back on it near our golf club and the speeds they reach down there is frightening. It's about time bikes were required by law to have car sized numberplates front and back to make them easier to track.

I thought that one reason that front plates were removed was because of the injuries they were causing to the bikers when they crashed....

Just seen one of my neighbours zooming up the road in his Audi. Tut, tut, can't use the Covid get out clause.

Whoops, that'd be me. I was in St Andrews on Tuesday, had to go to the bank and parked in the usual side street (Queens Gardens). Marvelled at the lack of cars, parked up and popped to the bank. When I got back in the car and set off down the street in the distance an old boy came onto the road push an empty push chair and started walking towards me. I rolled up to him, dropped the window at which point he told me that as a concerned resident he was alarmed at the number of people heading down the street since the road had been changed to one-way a few months ago. Er, oh dear. In my defence it's a street I've used a lot over the years and while it may have 2 no-entry signs there's certainly nothing else to alert you to the change and at the entry point I used it is a wide opening with a multitude of other signs, plus you're coming off a busy road.

Can hear some little prick riding a dirt bike in the woods where I'm currently walking my dog and where there are children playing.

I was briefly followed by a thruster in a C-Class Merc (silver, do they do them in any other colour?) yesterday as I was approaching home. Came round a wide open sweeping curve, already indicating right and slowing down. 20 yards from the right turn onto my local country road Merc boy overtook.
Twat.

Total self interested moron on a bike last night. Sitting at traffic lights he makes his way to the front of the queue and positions himself well in front of the traffic for when the lights change. He then holds up the traffic and perhaps 5 or 6 cars managed to find the space to pass him before we got to the next set of lights. Fanny features goes straight to the front and we go through the same routine again. Over 2 miles later and 5 sets of lights he still goes to the front. I thought a white van man was going to side swipe him at one point. He single handedly created a tail back of hundreds of yards just because he kept going to the front of the queue - it meant that no cars got through consecutive sets of lights on green as they would have done had the selfish pr*ck not parked himself in front of everyone many times over. One guy obviously had a few words to say to the cyclist as he passed him because there was much gesticulation. Blood pressure and road rage would be significantly reduced if cyclists just kept their position in the queue.

It just needs everyone in the queue to pass him with millimetres to spare to bring him this senses.
