Is it an advertising vehicle or a film prop? I can't fully make out the wording - North.... Safer Roads Collaboration?

I tried that on Google and got no results. Unless they have rebranded. Something about it hints at "Facebook fake", though.  Best keep an eye out just in case!

I might not be the biggest advocate of the daft way the roads are monitored and yes would like to see all money from speed cameras going into other areas of policing but do remember that the bobby on the beat took a lot of yesterdays pain and if it wasn't for the Police in attendance could have been a lot worse.

Silly old boot this morning tailgated me fairly aggressively - often less than a car length behind.
When we got onto the dual carriageway before the Tay Bridge she was in such a hurry that she dawdled up to about 60 and sat in the right lane, holding other traffic up, because she was turning right at the far end of the Bridge.
When she eventually went past me on the Bridge she had another car about 5 feet behind her....

Hopefully they'll repeat it again and take each other out.

A police officer.  Driving from the Asda near j11 of the M5 on the A40 towards Cheltenham.  I had just exited the roundabout when the Jam Jar driver placed his car right up my chuff, hit the sirens to get me out of the way.  I moved lanes without any chance to check my mirror.  As they drove past me I saw both officers laughing, not blues and two's so no shout in progress, just putting the wind up a fellow driver.  I really must contact the local constabulary to find out what I should do next time this happens.

Why do some people have to be such wankstains? Reversing into a tight spot in the car park and I need to straighten up by moving forwards. Can Mr Mercedes wait? Oh no. Barely enough room and he's already trying to drive round me, despite the fact the front of my car is swinging right into his path. I made sure I took my time whilst he acted all Billy Big Bollocks in front of his trout-faced wife.

Shit in a Fordx4, who was stuck along a half-mile stretch in a queue of four behind a tractor towing something long. Forty limit, and it curves and crests so visibility is limited. He pulled out anyway, and immediately saw a car coming the other way. Should have pulled straight back in (well, shouldn't have pulled out at all, or possibly even been granted air to breathe), but lumbered by, causing the other car to have to come to a complete standstill. Other car didn't even flash lights or gesticulate - I fear I'd have been doing much of both.

What's the rush, on a fucking Sunday morning of all times? Some people are such cuntbunters.

That is mental.

Happens to me all the bloody time. I am more sensitive to it since the lorry crash. In fact, a brown BMW X3 did it to me today while I was out enjoying the TVR in the sunshine. 

That video doesn't give us anywhere near the full story - namely what's gone on before (and  I suspect Mr X5 has got all pissy at the roundabout and undertaken the Focus to make a point). That in no way makes the actions of the Focus driver any less twattish but there is more to this that we don't see here.

I'm not sure how we can deduce they are "travellers" but, who knows, they could be.  To a point, Bob, I don't disagree with that sentiment and I totally see why people believe that is the case.

How can someone who presumably (from the colour of her hair) passed her test some time ago, not know that you do not need to wait for the green filter light to come on if the road is clear? She was obviously deaf as well because there was a whole orchestra of horns behind, given that those people probably knew that the filter arrow only lasts about 10 seconds at best but the lights take a good few minutes to change back again.
