This interior shot has been leaked online. Obviously a studio model so the plastics and details aren't indicative but promising nonetheless.

Autocar haven't produced enough insider articles on the new Defender yet, I want to see more. That steering wheel looks hideous.
The best thing since sliced bread.

With what looks like the word 'stop' on the brake pedal making it a special edition possibly. Whitehall and Westminster palace edition?

The article also states that a guy identifying himself as a JLR Comms & PR director tweeted that the the poster should remove it

Looks like their might be a return to three-across seating in the front based on that photo?

Some interesting info in this link (assuming it’s true), 3 lengths with up to 8 seats and the HSE will have a decent amount of tech/equipment. information

Very interesting. I am wondering what a top spec, optioned to the hilt P400 or D300 Defender will be then? G wagon territory I expect!

I really wouldn't want a Defender to be HSE spec - that's stepping on Discovery territory and confusing - I'd want a fairly minimalist version true to the spirit of the original. That said, I'm a realist and know that it's the options that add the profit and there is probably more profit in a single Defender HSE than two basic ones.

If the Defender is going to be about having a huge boot and utility then it could be exactly the car I need. I'll take it in the best spec I can get.

Latest picture doing the rounds: Looks good to me. A cross between a full-fat RR and a Skoda Yeti, if you ask me.....

If I were looking, I would be tempted by that.

That does look really good. From the A pillar back it is just so much a Defender - the door shape and glass are just right. And the front looks like a modern version of the old one. Really looking forward to the launch.

Piers will love those arches. Somewhat ironically, he may have to 'Defend' them now and then, given his occupation!

What is with the weird body colour square on the C/D pillar area. Other than that great
Got up to £58k very easily on a 110SE 200tdi...

I like it. Especially the commercial version. I wouldn't have the silly square thing on the side either.
