Has anybody else seen Sausage Party? It must contain every known sexual innuendo; cock / cunt gag; racist /religious stereotype; political and nationalistic satire; religion mocking; risque comment and more ever crammed into one film. But being a cartoon it gets away with it. If you're in the mood (and that probably means of an evening after a few drinks) it's pretty funny.

Yes, was surprised at the content for some reason. Best watched with a drink probably.

I watched Behind Her Eyes on Netflix which seemed very much a chick flick at first before getting weird and having a twist at the end followed by even more of a twist.

It’s Eurovision night. ‘Nuff said. We should just send Atomic Kitten every year, year after year. The Europeans will break before they do..

When our selectors understand that legs, skimpy dresses and a fair bit of boob is a stock requirement the rest of Europe might give us some points. I mean, the UK entrant had moobs but that’s not quite it, but slowly slowly catchy monkey.

Watching the 10 year anniversary show of Friday Night Dinner really has bought home just how great a show it was. Think I might have to start rewatching it. If you've not seen it before I really cannot recommend it highly enough.

Mare of east town is well worth a watch. I finished Lilly hammer after the recommendations on here and thoroughly enjoyed that . Just started on peaky blinders which is looking very good ,can’t believe I missed it first time round .

Got Jenson Buttons book “Life to the limit” as a cheap audible about 2 weeks ago. I never really took to him as a driver even though it’s been said he was one of the most naturally gifted ones of the last 30 years. The book is really good, he goes into a lot of detail about F1 and gets into the technical aspect of it too. Definitely worth the $5 I paid for it.

Yep - very entertaining and a truer reflection of his character.

Yep - very entertaining and a truer reflection of his character. +1 Only 2 episodes to go and we are both really enjoying it. Lindsay has never really liked him, but has changed her mind. I’ve liked him since I went to watch him record his chat show many years ago and he was really engaging, interesting and funny when talking to the audience, it was so much better than the part they filmed.

I enjoyed it too. Likewise with the Harry's Farm YouTube channel. It's actually quite interesting to see how a farm is really run. Its certainly not something I could ever do but I respect those who do, especially in the more specialised roles such as shepherding.

Mmm. I've enjoyed Clarkson's farm. His naivety was amusing.
Harry's Farm is on another level. This is farming at the top level seemingly without regard to expense and is a million miles away from the majority of farms, I would say. Brand new massive Case IH tractors and Combines are not the norm at all.
Contractors have that kind of kit for sure, but not normal farmers as a matter of course.

I have watched the first episode of Clarkson's Farm and it looks like it is going to be superb. Coming at from a point of view of someone who knows how to do the job and what the machines do makes it more amusing and the fact that it is on my home territory is interesting. I recognised a few faces and I am sure Kaleb is the son of our neighbours from about 20 years ago.
What is ridiculous is using silly little three metre implements in those big fields, especially with that tractor. He could be working with much wider equipment and getting the job done in half the time.

I have about as much of a clue as Clarkson when it comes to farming and have actually learnt quite a few interesting things, but as soon as I started watching the first episode I had visions of James and Mark shouting at Clarkson and/or shaking their head at what he was doing....

He could be working with much wider equipment and getting the job done in half the time. To be fair, he bought what he could at a sale, but he could have leased some larger gear, I'm sure.

... but he could have gone to other sales or found some good, used kit at a dealer. That Lambo tractor would pull a five metre cultivator all day long.

So having watched Your Honour, Bloodlands and Mare of Easttown I have decided that the mantra for modern TV thrillers is to have no characters that the viewer can have any empathy with. There was not one character in any of them you felt sorry for, felt deserved a good break or even acted rationally more often than not.
Still, I’ve got all the Fawlty Towers recorded from the latest rerun to remind me that leading characters you can only cringe at have been around a long time.

Can't believe this is 25 years old. Baddiel and Skinner, legends.
I know we have a lot of Scottish forummers, so I'll just say ...........COME ON ENGLAND!
