Can't quite believe the eco dudes would have sat there as 20 cars came at them at 200mph. Fair paly if they did they're braver then me. Lewis Hamilton really is daft with his comments "bigging them up". Personally I only think they're worthy of a media blackout.

The Labour party, just like the Tories, is a massively divided party. You still have the Corbynites who want to take us back to the 1970's with massive unrest, strikes, pay rises followed by redundancy, high inflation and general gloom and you also have those who favour more of a Blair affair. Given our current position how much worse do we think Corbyn would have done then the this current lot?

Yep, we really are in the same position as most other countries. A total lack of talent. Or is it the medias fault who just keeps bring up stories each week that makes the job of being a politician impossible.
Admittedly it shouldn't be impossible to find a group of people to run the country that aren't serial liars, thieves, adulterers, fornicators and deviants but its all the job seems to attract.

Well even as a staunch reminer myself I'm not sure I want to re-visit that clusterf**K. Having to go cap in hand back to the EU, I doubt they'd let us back in without our future leader going around and kissing arse to every member state.
As for Starmer, if the Parties views don't reflect your own then quit.

Its the quality of the shift from the manual gearbox in the Lotus which would be my main concern. The Caymans is absolute rifle bolt by comparison.

Didn't that have everything?
Good old halo saves a few more driver this weekend. I eventually have to concede that I have been proved wrong on a number of occasions now and its a welcome addition.
Felt for George Russell but seemed a bit daft that he jumped out of his car with all the other assistance on hand. Not sure he'd have got the car back to the pits anyway without taking the floor of his car off and the suspension must have been ruined anyway.
Still not sure what happened to Verstappen but his demise led to a brilliant GP so frankly who cares. My driver of the day has to be LeClerc, how the hell was he faster then Sainz with the damage he had. His driving in the last 10 laps was absolutely heroic. Controversially I'd say Hamilton was very cautious through Copse and didn't want a repeat of last year. Shows you can race if you find the apex.
What do you say about Ferrari. Should have been an easy 1 and 2 for the team. If Sky television can call out the strategy before Ferrari then you know there is a problem, there was no reason for LeClerc not to stop and double stack with Sainz. You can see why so many drivers leave the "best" team in the world.

Great we have the choice of an M3 Touring at last but its all a bit too little too late, especially when its such a poorly designed car. I wonder if no one will buy the car and BMW will say they were always not to build one right and not that its the wrong product at the wrong time. An E46 or E92 M3 touring is still something that I wish was available It really is a poorly designed car. A fast BMW family wagon is something I should be excited about, but it’s a mess and I’m not just talking about the obvious. I thought it might change when I saw videos / one for real, but there’s no ‘want’ at all, even ignoring the £90k price tag. It will be all over YouTube, then the market will be full of them at a premium….which is another switch off for me. Its not just the grille is it? the round door handles, poorly grafted on extended wings and ducts, the too aggressive rear diffuser the dodgy Vossen style rims. Its just looks very after market and the choice of colour at launch was a mistake. If you get one in a very dark colour it will hide most of the design issues. I do quite like the purple too so its not a total loss.

There's a fairly unassuming house about 1 minute's walk away from mine where there have been various cars parked on the drive over the last 6 months or so, including - in no particular order - a Civic Type R (most recent generation), a Porsche Boxster (987 generation), an Audi R8, a Toyota GR Yaris, a Ferrari 488 and several other similar cars that I've forgotten. There are always 2 such cars on the drive and sometimes 3. No idea what the owner does! I don’t know how your awesome garage goes down in your street Dan. Maybe the neighbours think your the local Mr Bridger

So with the Macan coming at the end of the year can you not just keep the 4 series, a car you love which is probably worth a similar amount to the mini but would tick all the boxes, apart from the LHD thing?

Is This a car your leaving in Italy on a permanent basis?
If so is it not a bit too posh and would an Italian Panda not be a better bet fo a quarter of the price?

So glad I drive a ZOE which I charge at work, the wife's employer (she's a nanny) instead of upping her 45p per mile allowance (can become a tax issue I believe), have told her to claim an extra £60 per month on her expenses. That’s very good of them. Ours will remain at 45p no matter what the cost cost of fuel until HMRC declare otherwise

I hear you. The point being that 911’s shouldn’t be that money even if they are, At that money your opening up the market to some seriously interesting cars. 250k gt3’s are bonkers, especially as you’ll get into a 600LT for 100k less and the gt3 wouldn’t see which way that went. The fact the Porsche makes you a 100k and the McLaren losses you a similar amount is by the by. I do agree with you and it's one of the reasons I've pushed back thoughts of buying something. Thanks to the depreciation I can't help looking at McLarens, but the running costs are way above a Porsche and when looking at the financial side, the purchase cost isn't the most important factor, it's the total cost over 4 or 5 years. Check out these guys for warranty if you haven’t already. I was trying to justify a 570s a few years ago. It almost made the maths possible.

No chance I’d pay 150k for a 992 GTS. It’s a GTS not an RS! Daft money but maybe I’m just well behind the curve on pricing. The only 992 I like is the Turbo. Love the Lexus. Even really like the interior which is a lot more interesting then black. It is daft money, but there are loads of examples from £50k for a Golf / £70k for an A3 through to 4 year old 991.2 GTS at £100k or the cheapest 911 at a main dealer, a 2012 991 with 50k miles all beige interior and very few options for £53.5k!. A 4 year old 991.2 RS will set you back £200k+ and 992 GT3s are more than that, you won't find one for under £100k more than a 992 GTS. I hear you. I’ve just filled up my grossly underpowered Nissan Pulsar in Kefalonia. 2.52 euro’s a litre. I’ll stop moaning about the uk. I am however offsetting the cost of petrol with cheap plonk so not all bad.

Pure lottery fantasy. But if my numbers did come up this would join the 928 I posted the other day. It does seem however that you could build one yourself for quite a bit less.

Is it wrong that I really like the look of that.
McLaren really have to do something as their model range is just too similar. You could never own more then one McLaren at a time as they all do the same job. Mid engined sports car in various state’s of tune. You could probably own 3 Ferraris at one time if you were Mr Rich as they offer different experiences and that’s before the SUV turns up.
