The seats look a great addition Mark and probably make the car feel a good few years newer so well worth the outlay. They look much more sculpted than the Cerbera’s pews so I can well imagine they a much comfier. The seat height is probably just similar to the effect you get when you by a new mattress and your feet no longer touch the floor from the side of the bed. It’ll probably bed down with use.
The other interior feature of the Cerbera I liked was the steering wheel with dial pod in the bottom half. I always thought it was one of quirky design features that looked quite cool but would only work on a TVR.
Great to see your enjoying it after all the hardship it put you through.

I hope you don't accidentally hop into the TVR after you've got oily pissing about with fixing the Land Rover.

I had let the TVR's MOT expire as it was due in February during poor weather and I didn't have time/couldn't be arsed to sort it out. Took it to my friendly MOT this afternoon and it passed with no advisories. All good for another year and the trip to Le Mans in June. The Defender is booked in on Wednesday.

Great news Mark, let’s hope the Defender does just as well. The wife’s Panda goes in on Wednesday too and I’m feather hoping she’s not managed to kill the suspension in pot holes again.

Had a weekend away in the Lakes a couple of weeks ago. Went in the TVR and it was faultless.
Currently in Louth, Lincolnshire for the TVRCC track day at Cadwell Park tomorrow.
In preparation, I changed the brake pads for EBC yellowstuff and flushed the brake fluid. Hopefully that has sorted the wooden brakes which I suspect was down to the excessively hard compound of the Mintex pads.

Gopros are charged. There is some footage of last year. I hope to have a better camera angle this year as I have a different mount.

Really enjoyed today. Upped my game a bit and took the car to the limits of grip. The new brake pads I installed a couple of weeks ago paid dividends. Loads of feel and not affected by repeated hard braking. EBC Yellowstuff in case you were interested.

I think the video is a non starter. Camera mounted too low down. I only have a early Gopro without a screen so difficult to set up. I should have just used my dash cam!
Anyway, I worked out I used a full tank of fuel in 130 track miles which equates to 65 laps or thereabouts.
