A couple of days ago, bloody odd looking thing, black is probably the best colour as it hides alot of the "styling"

Looks like it hides the front number plate as well as the styling

I think that’s just a P1.

I think that’s just a P1. It wasn't a P1, however that plate has been on a similarly tastefully coloured P1, It was one of the smaller McLarens; 570s maybe. *Edit*, you know what, I think it may have been a P1, the nostrils are P1, the 570s doesn't have them, weird as when I saw them together on the road, it looked a fair amount smaller compared to the Senna.

TRJ9 is registered to a P1. Supposedly a blue one, though and that looks very purple from here.

It's a strange world where you don't actually notice the P1 , even if it's in that shit in your face, dated flip paint!! Click on the instagram link in that page, the guy driving the Senna is the instagram guy.

Flip paint has always been awful, would be much better to wrap if you want that effect, much cheaper and easier to get rid of.

I really like the Senna and the Speedtail I saw the other day. I know they're not exactly elegant but their shape is all about purpose and each bit if aero is there for a reason that has nothing to do with styling or trying to look pretty. For me that's what makes them cool.

The new aston jeep thingy ,undisguised but in black and I don’t get it ,it was not pretty as is the way with big 4x4s but it had zero presence ,I actually thought it was a Kia or something before I noticed the badge.

I saw the same on the m40 yesterday but it was going the other way so couldn’t get a proper look

Yesterday I saw a Bristol but I couldn't tell you the model. Also saw what I assume was an original Jetta? Looked like a mk1 Golf with a boot and square headlights. So long since I last saw one I can barely remember them!

I saw this being built this morning. Suspect it might be Bryan spec as it’s got the black pack.

^ Is that a 2-person EV with a huge battery pack to give it a reasonable range ??

Regularly see 911s but not a lot of GT3s. the VW pickup beside is probably a lot rarer! And it’s sideways...

Nothing special but a new neighbour has a 20 plate A35 in silver with none of the aero attachments. Every time I pass it, I think it is a really good looking car and much better proportioned than most small hatches.

Every time I pass it, I think it is a really good looking car and much better proportioned than most small hatches. Probably quite a sweet spot in the range. It's not got all the body kit of the A45 nor an overly farty exhaust but has more than enough performance to enjoy on a day to day basis with a much more luxurious interior than the regular models.

It would be, but the only problem is that if you want any of the following then you have to go for the Premium Plus, which means you have to have the bodykit - adaptive dampers, voodoo headlights, decent Nav, better stereo, memory seats, sunroof etc. Its the same with the A45 but even worse as the standard car gets pleather/dynamica seats, you need the Plus Pack to get proper leather. That's why the saloon or CLA would be my choice if I was looking at a 35 or 45.

The Carfection review for the A45S was really positive. Shame about the price!

Last few days I've seen proof that no matter what wears a VW badge, it will sell; 2 T-ROC convertibles!!

I forgot to mention a fairly rare spot from last week - a Citroen BX estate.

I saw a Rover 200 coupe turbo in that purple flip paint they did. Sadly it was quite rusty and was on the back of scrap merchants truck so I don't expect it'll be turning a wheel again.

There's still at least one Rover Coupe (Tomcat) in regular use:

One I’ve never seen in the metal but distinctly remember reading the road test years ago in Autocar. A Subaru SVX, complete with the bizarre side windows that aren’t suitable for American drive thrus.
