We had a parade of Italian supercars pass through our village earlier. This included an F40, a red Diablo an Alfa 8C and McLaren 650S among the usual suspects (F430s, Gallardos etc). I was driving down to the hardware store at the time so didn't get to stop for pictures, Herself saw a Ferrari ragtop of some sort today; the main thing about it that she noted was it was blue! (I'm thinking 360 myself, but who knows) Umm . . . 'hardware store'? Are you Murcan now?

Today, a red Dodge, presumably a Hellcat (reg was HE15 CAT), near Cirencester. Sounded awesome!

Saw a VW Beetle police car on the way to work. By the registration number it was this exact one:

One of those new (17-plate) MX-5's with folding hardtop, and rear structure that sort-of includes flying butresses.... it looked a little odd, TBH

I followed a brand new, dark blue, Nissan X Trail this morning. Nice colour, pity that the owner had chosen to add a thin piece of chrome trim round EVERY shutline and the lights. Tasteless.
I also saw a 16 plate, left hand drive, Lada Niva.
Finally there's a house I pass every day and they've recently added a few old cars to the large driveway, including an early Nissan 100NX and an early 80s Datsun Bluebird Coupe in partially restored condition.

My spot today may appeal more to BB than some others; a rather tidy and original Laverda Jota, complete with "proper" dropped bars, which passed me quite sedately and sounded glorious! Even better than the Jag F-type R I saw and heard passing by Glasgow Royal Infirmary about half an hour ago.

Best spot of the day and in a while, was the 670S Spider with the roof off just outside Watford.
I was in Head Office earlier and there was a big sales meeting on, the car park looked like an advert for the 4 GC, lots of different colours inside and out, but all M Sport trim and most with the Plus pack.
I spoke to one of the sales Managers I know, who's a bit annoyed because he was first and thought he was getting something a bit special, but pretty much all his colleagues have followed suit.

Some interesting ones today: a black McLaren 12C, a silver 996 GT2 (registration GT02 JON) and a white Lotus Evora 400 which followed me for a while and then did a fantastic blip-downchange when we parted ways at a roundabout.

I saw a 17 plate BMW 5 series GT yesterday. I was surprised to see a new one - I thought they'd stopped making them ages ago.

Another mystery Suzuki. Looked like a modern revamp of the Jimny and had an odd fake grille on the Car pillar. Was also my second 17 reg.

I'm pretty sure I saw the new McLaren 720s on the A3 earlier today, it was parked up in a layby, all camouflaged up, however it was the headlights which gave it away.

After googling the Ignis, yes it was. I thought they were more city car type thing, but they seem to have made them taller.

I saw a new Astra estate in black at lunchtime. It had a long chrome strip like the Insignia Tourer in the other thread and it instantly reminded me of a hearse.

Yesterday, actually, a Jag XFR-S in French Racing Blue, burbling up the road into Warwick Castle car park. That had been preceeded by a DeLorean.

I saw a Ford GT earlier. It still looks utterly magnificent despite the new model coming out.

Forgot about the Maloo Ute I spotted as I left Blairgowrie this afternoon. Sadly, it was waiting to exit a side road and ended up 3 or 4 cars behind me, so I couldn't hear it; a rather odd spot in rural Perthshire though!

Everyday I see some really incredible classic cars around here ,old astons and ferraris and porsches all being used .It is like living in classic car magazine dreamland,I am not a big classic car person but love seeing these on the road and not in a museum.Anyway.... sorry for the abysmal photo ,but this bentley was in front of me and I have no idea what bentley it is ,but it was pristine ,concours condition. A round of applause anyone who can identify it.

A rather splendid Merc 420 SL (R107) this morning. Not keen on letting the upstart in the 2.0 Scirocco past him either!
Edit: Forgot the equally splendid XK120 parked outside Tesco in Blairgowrie on Saturday. Decked out in Rotary Club gear, clearly fund-raising over the holiday weekend.
