One of those Ioniq things, queueing to get into the local hospital car park so I didn't get a chance for a really good look as I was driving past

Me too. A colleague had a (brief) look at one forhis replacement lease car, but it was too dear and lacked range, amongst other things. He's bought his own diesel Focus instead!

In the last month or so I've suddenly started to regularly see several early 2000s SAAB 9-5 estates - the ones from before the Papa Lazarou facelift.

Saw one of the new Honda Civic's...in a rather nice off white,v light grey, looked non metallic and it suited it.
Got to say there maybe quite a few lines and angles but i think it looks modern and fresh and makes the Focus look v old now and the Golf, well rather bland and sensible. I liked it

I finally saw another McLaren something or other yesterday. I've now seen 2 of the currentish range. Didn't get to hear it sadly.
I also saw an early 70s M Reg Range Rover and at lunchtime just now saw a mid-spec Astra Mk2.

I just saw a drag race between an R32 and a Golf R. They stopped on the 30mph dual carriageway outside the office (just beyond the speed camera), gave each other a signal and then blasted away. The R32 sounded awesome but the Golf R had him licked after about 200yds. The gap didn't seem to grow much after that though but they managed to get high in the revs in 3rd gear whatever that equates to, before backing off.
In the time it took me to type this, a traffic car has just passed - lucky boys!

I got a fleeting glimpse of one of the new Lexus Coupes yesterday evening. It looked quite good in a dark metallic grey.

A friend of mine is hillclimbing a Lexus RC F 5 litre monster at Craigantlet this weekend. I agree it looks good. My wife thinks it looks almost supercar like with the big grill and sharp angles.

Haven't a clue what this is, I drove by the front if it and noted the name down (in my head) but I can't remember what it was, I think it started with a "V":

Interestingly, the U.K. Dealer, Bespoke Performance, is a well known TVR specialist.

An original Humvee pickup, in desert colours. The thing was massive. Saw a beach buggy today and an El Camino, like the one Goodwin used to have in Autocar.

Spotted in Moreton-in-Marsh yesterday,my first ever real life Velar. Stunning. My current dream car but would need a lotto win. I am yet to see one, I was at the dealership on Sunday but they don't have one in yet. I got a brochure which has been well thumbed already.
