I thought it was great but they spent too much time with the dog shooting crew. I get that they were trying to get over how harrowing the experience was, but it was a bit too much even for me. Mrs P won't watch it because of that episode and it's a shame that it's causing her to miss out on such an amazing programme.

Just watched Chernobyl ,thought it was outstanding . I thought it was n incredible bit of telly, I see Simon's point but I think they needed to show how it was for those on the ground dealing with the aftermath. I did keep thinking that Paul Ritter was about to exclaim "shit on it!" When the place was blowing up

Just watched them all. I'm not normally a fan of Paddy, but I did enjoy the episodes. Lack of Rory Reid was a bonus too. Rory's new job...

I’m not sure why I like it but I have enjoyed the gentle meandering if The Barn Find Hunter on YouTube.
It is a big country, but it does seem to be stuffed with hoarders.

Watched the first of six parts of Amazon's James May - Our Man in Japan last night. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Perhaps its a reflection on the things you watch - lots of porn stuff and the occasional car show?

I got the email earlier. Can't remember what it was now, but it was a pretty naff name that sounded like a Transformer. Gigaton.

Anyone watched Hammond's Big? Fascinating subject presented by one of the UK's most irritating presenters - so I'm watching it whilst trying not to cringe too much.

JoJo Rabbit at the flicks yesterday afternoon. Enjoyed it, if perhaps not as good as Hunt for the Wilderpeople or the original film version of What We Do in the Shadows. JJR will need a second viewing, I think.

Last nights top gear was brilliant. I wasn’t sure at first but they work really well together. What Freddie did was fucking insane too

I think there's quite a good running joke to be had if Paddy just picks some variant of Escort for every challenge.
