Due to be launched on the 26th October. Only a teaser image so far but was shown to selected customers last week. Looks as expected and new (to the FFRR) features include rear wheel steering, a 7 seat option (for 95 percentile adults), electrochromic panoramic roof and power closing doors (which is on the SVA L405).

No surprise that it looks like a Discovery front end bolted onto the current model.
Its a shame they haven't made it more L322 whos shape I much prefer to the current one which is just too boxy.

I thought the L322 was too boxy, to the point where, in black, it looked like a Metrocab London Taxi.

Being close the Fosse Way, which seems to be the main Gaydon test track, I have seen a few of what are probably these, in swirly disguise. I fully expect it to be exceptional.

No surprise that it looks like a Discovery front end bolted onto the current model. Judging by this picture the lines between the two models have been blurred.

I hope it's terrible and helps protect used L405 values, but I don't think that will be the case!
You'd have to be brave spending £100k+ on one of the first ones, no matter how nice it is.

Is it all new or a big update/facelift?

Is it all new or a big update/facelift? According the report I saw it's all new, using the MLA chassis that can be ICE, hybrid, PHEV or BEV. I think the same chassis was going to underpin the canned XJ6 BEV, which was a decision I still can't fathom. I think Martin may be pleased for a while and then not pleased. My experience of Range Rover values was that the old model held its value really well until the next one was 3 years old and there were lots coming onto the market off 3 year contracts. Then the old one fell like a stone before levelling off.

I hope that big 'U' feature on the front door is deletable.

Not sure it will be another family truck next time, but never say never…. That means the new model will only have been with customers for 18 months or so, which should help with residuals but I’m not that worried this far out.

Possibly not helped by it being white, but looks a bit like a Chinese knock off in these pics. The front half is fine, but really don’t like the rear….

Another car with a stuck on tablet….
Better than the white one, but still not a fan

Not an improvement in my eyes and the rear of the white one in particular is awful.

I literally spat my tea over my laptop after looking at that white one. The other images of the rear are far more successful. Odd though that the Range Rover which was always the trend setter seems to be chasing market share from cars like the Lincoln, Escalade and Grand Waggoner

Interesting that the person shown modelling the rearmost seats isn't a fat European bloke. What is LR's biggest market?

I can imagine it’ll look very good in the metal. The Velar minimalist approach made the other models look old so this picking up that theme should be effective.

IMHO the size of lamp clusters should be in proportion to the rest of the vehicle; giving such a large and imposing vehicle such small, slim rear lamps makes it look just plain stupid to me

I think I prefer the Bentayga’s interior The Bentayga has a great interior in the right spec, like anything it can be screwed up with the options. I suspect there will be more to the Range Rover interior than these ‘leaked’ pictures give way.

Doesn't appeal to me in any way, shape or form. It will be very popular with the "itinerant" community near me, as all previous models have been.
