The 320 has a small vibration at motorway speeds. I know that 2 oil filled bushes at the front are pretty shot and its going in for replacement next week but I couldn't help myself and have a look at the nearside tyres. Both have a slight bulge in the sidewall
If I do the right thing then that's £800 for a full set of tyres

Seems very expensive for tyres? Put your two good ones on the back and get a couple of new ones for the front. Couple of hundred quid.

Yup, didn't we have this discussion before Bob?
I'm going on the assumption that I need to replace both tyres on an axle at the same time to avoid diff issues (although it never appeared to matter in the 80s and 90s). I'm also not sure whether to replace the runflats with the cheaper version of the same tyre, i.e. it's on Goodyear F1s just now so I could go for non-runflat ones and save some of the cost. However it's done about 20k miles on these tyres and they're still barely half worn so maybe the runflats last a lot longer, pothole related woes nothwithstanding!

Ebay is your friend. The two fronts on the Jag were >5mm, no damage/repairs, and £40 each plus a tenner delivery... On the car, they feel great. Jag rated Dunlops. IF you are not keeping it long, that's the route I'd take...

It shows how long it is since I bought any tyres.
