It's 12 sea front apartments, mix of 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed - individual values total over £2.3m so £1.8 is pretty good value!

We started off down that road (and have done all the legal groundwork required), without going into too many personal details, it was apparent it was causing too much stress so we decided to try and sell it in one go and as such, means we have to fine a completely different kind of buyer, hence having to make it a more attractive proposition. Looking after an older generation is sometimes more important than getting the most money - it's a sort of, "we won't miss what we didn't have" situation - a bit like missing out on a big prize on a gameshow!
The Beatirx Potter connection certainly generated a lot of publicity though - my name was even on Mail Online (argh!) and I did a live radio interview over the phone yesterday - NOT an enjoyable experience!
