This truck has a 6.7 litre Diesel engine and is averaging 12.9 mpg according to the trip computer. I wasn’t driving it on the open road, just moving stuff in work. It’s big, probably the biggest vehicle I’ve driven this side of a 35’ campervan. Well equipped, heated and cooled seats- a must when it’s black leather in summertime here, where it’s regularly over 100f. Massive load bay helped the move, but my eye line was about 6-7” above the surface of the road, so there’s a great view.
The beat part was that ZZ Top started playing on the radio when I got in...
I think I need one of these...

I think to get a picture he'd either have to be a long, long way away or use a very wide angled lens....

That’s the exact one I drove!.... Or maybe not. Very similar, although the one I drove was a metallic white. The last truck my dad owned when he was working was an 8 ton Ford that hauled construction materials all over the country. It had a 3L, straight 6 diesel engine, and was more economical than the F-250. Makes me wonder why one of the manufacturers doesn’t just build one with a high efficiency engine and see what the response is.

High efficiency engine? You liberal homosexual gun-ban lover.
That’s why.
