I do my best to live up to stereotypes about out-of-touch liberal elite Londoners by breakfasting on organic granola with Greek yoghurt, accompanied by an expresso. Sometimes washed down by a home-made smoothie-type drink made by chucking into the blender whatever fruit we've got in the fridge. You'll need to move on from that. Us simple Yorkshire folk have been making our own homemade 0% fat Greek style yogurt and granola for the last few years. Then again my other half is a microbiologist specialising in the digestive system so a lot of the crap the London elite gets charged a fortune for is tred here first.

Frankly if I was responsible for the shopping it would just be yoghurt and granola. The organic and greek nature of the stuff is entirely my wife's doing.

I go for Rachel's ginger-flavoured greek yoghurt by choice and agree that Lizi's granola is especially good.
