Wife's jag is booked in for a service at the local Jaguar garage.Recent MOT had it needing a new rear tyre so I rang the dealer 3 weeks ago and asked for a price which they came back with £340 /tyre .I asked with no expectation if they could price match as I could buy them for 300 each fitted (I normally use black circles but had issues with getting tyres fitted on the gt3 with them and Porsche Wolverhampton said they would price match which they did on the gt3 ).
Anyway the girl says she has to ask her manager .This was 3 weeks ago and since then I called back about 4 days later after no one had called me back.We went through everything again (tyre sizes etc) and I was told someone would call me back.More days passed and then I get a phone call asking me if my query had been sorted ,I explained that it had not and no one had bothered calling me to which the guy apologised and said he would get someone to call me back.This was last tuesday and as of now I have heard nothing.My wife then decided she could sort it so she called them and they started asking her what tyre size etc to which I told her I had given them this information twice now.As of this moment we still have not had any indication if they will match the price and her car is due in tomorrow.
