Another one bitten by the flying bug, seems to be a popular route out of Kansas these days.

Russians are fond of a fall from a high window to retire people - they presumably retired the (British) former head of the White Helmets this way didn't they?

Saves them worrying about a pension deficit at retiral I suppose.
At least this wasn't a murder suicide by axe as someone did (to his family, then himself) last year

Maybe some of those that think they might be next for a flight out the window will take some terminal action against their great leader!

Having seen clips for the "State of the nation" drivel this AM, I still doubt enough Russians know or care. It will take another Anwar Sadat type incident.

Given that the Russians started to restrict access to the internet outside of what the Russian authorities wanted to be seen, some 4 or 5 years ago, their current campaign has been a long time in planning and the brainwashing of their citizens is just one big orchestrated machine quite obviously created for a reason.
There must be lots of people in power in Russia who recognise that they are all being lied to but it will take some bravery to do anything about it. Exactly where Putin sees this all ending is a complete unknown but he does spout the lunatic rhetoric that if there is no Russia there is no point in the world existing. Maybe there should be a world law that says no-one over 70 is allowed to hold public office in case they go mad or get dementia!
