A real shame as image how fine a modern interpretation of the 3.0 CSL could be using the M2 rather then the M8.

The 3.0CSL has always been a huge want for me, ever since the Dad of a guy at school turned up with one. The front end still isn't the prettiest but imagine how much better an M3/M4 would look with this front end.

At 750k that's just an investment product rather than a car for using.
I haven't bothered reading the article, what fantastic changes have they made to justify the price - apart from a set of stripes, a spoiler set and some rear arches that have been artlessly glued on across the originals?

I’ve just looked at the stats and its 93% of the length and 94% of the weight (97% as an xDrive) of my old 750i…crazy. Stick some wider body panels on it and it must be broadly the same size as an M8. |
