When was the last time you saw someone do something on the road that made you laugh out loud?

Some context for this, I’ve been watching dash cam videos and while they are usually full of bad drivers, dangerous drivers and such like, occasionally there will be something funny.
I saw my fair share of funny things in the US- when there were cars and trucks driving that if you didn’t laugh at, it would make you cry. Some of the heavily modified vehicles for example.
I did see a guy in Dublin years ago who was in a red Transit van and he was an insanely bad driver, forcing through non existent gaps and such like. About 2 days later, I heard a thump on the road behind my house and looked out the back window to see the same guy getting out of his van, having mounted the curb and hitting a concrete pillar.

Not seen in person but I’ve seen clips from Rufford Ford on YouTube that have a similar effect.

I mean someone in a Peugeot 206 sees that something high up like a Rav 4 has got drowned halfway through and they see this as a challenge that they can get through. Madness

Yesterday, I saw a Mercedes C-Class with a spoiler that incorporated an LED light strip that could change colour.
I thought that was amusing, as well as looking incredibly stupid.

Rufford ford is not too far from me... the Evoque has a wading depth of 600mm - what could possibly go wrong......

Funny mentioning Rufford Ford, I only found it at the weekend and saw the motorcycle crash. Spectacular stupidity…

Rufford ford is not too far from me... the Evoque has a wading depth of 600mm - what could possibly go wrong...... Nothing at all….but can you get someone to film it just in case? I’ve been through a couple of flooded sections of road in mine, but nothing anywhere near troubling the 900mm wade depth. I saw the motorbike clip at the weekend, what a complete idiot.

Saw a clip yesterday of a fat American in a ratty old Z28 (about ‘81 MY by the look) pulling on to the highway and giving it the beans. Needless to say it fishtailed badly but unexpectedly as it flicked left he (the driver) was ejected through the opening driver’s door onto the highway as said Z28 continued into the verge at speed, presumably in an act of hare kare.
found it

There’s no shortage of people there filming it which in most minds would amplify the thought of, “is this really a good idea?”

The one occasion that springs to mind (and has done regularly since I first witnessed it) happened when I was doing my uni placement year. We had a flash flood one afternoon, very localised but we had water through the floor of the factory and it shorted out the electrics so we were all allowed to go home. From the mezzanine floor of the car park our department watched the mayhem on the roads outside. We overlooked a car park to a local printers; the cars there were submerged to the base of their windows, it was that bad. A guy was pushing his motorbike along the pavement because the water was too deep for him to ride it. Unbeknown to him, he'd started to walk down the slope of a subway under the road. We were all killing ourselves laughing because we knew the setup and he obviously didn't. The water got almost to his waist before he stopped, turned round, saw the "subway" sign and started walking back up the slope before taking the pavement route.......

Well if we’re going back in time….
Once when driving between sites in my concrete-contractor phase my colleague and I were driving through Mitcham in the wind and rain. Riding on the opposite side of the road was nothing less than a nun with full regalia blowing in the gale riding a Raleigh Chopper.

I had a mate years ago who modified a Raleigh Grifter by welding 4’ arced forks on to it. He used to ride it out on the road occasionally and the reactions were priceless.

What a plonker - falling out of the door.

I saw someone fall out once too...
At a roundabout one day a bloke straight lined it nearly hitting me as he swapped lanes back and forth so I braked and hit the horn. He slowed then stopped and opened his door and then fell out and rolled onto his back and made a gesture which I assume meant "What have I done?" He could have been under the influence of something.
Seen lots of funny things in Kazakhstan and Thailand but there was always a silent prayer that they'd get to where they were going without someone dying.
