So, we have a nation of ploite people and they have folk interested in home made guns.
Someone who feels badly enough about something he was willing to kill to demonstrate it.
The 'weapon' looked to be something like a shotgun and the boom was certainly similar to a shotgun.
Must have been solid shot to do that kind of damage so quickly and not scatter as a regular round would.
Not the sort of thing I thought anyone over there would do so it this influenced from the USA?
