..... is also the most terrifying.
I often see chaperoned royals and MPs on the roads but never really looked at the entire " show" until recently. Police Motorcycle riders have a great job, spurting about on big bikes and all that but the tag-team thing they do to escort a car is really properly scary. I saw The Duchess of Cambridge being escorted home from Wimbledon last week and the front two loons that go on to stop the traffic looked as near as dammit to having an accident as you can be on the New King's Road (very aposite road for her to be on, don't you think?) at six in the evening.

The police motorcyclists doing the rolling road block for the Tour of the Reservoir a couple of weeks ago were having great fun tearing about the countryside with blue lights.

Yes, seen that one before.
As an aside, why do people film with their phone vertically? Do they hang their television in that orientation too!?

It's certainly impressive to watch.

Watch for the last bike...... Bit over-keen with the throttle, there - likely with the rear on a white line or the gravel that collects in that part of the road. Embarrassing more than anything else. I had a big slide off the line at my most local lights on the way home only last week due to gravel collection.
