Apparently this 15 year old Kart racer made a NAZI salute after winning at an event.
He is apparently racing with an Italian license and while this does not excuse anything the old Roman salute is closer than the NAZI version.
Romans thump the centre of the chest and hold out the right arm, this second part is the NAZI salute.
If that was what he meant, why not say so.
Far too easy to just punish Russians for being Russian. Not on point or right.
