These cars take a lot of skill to drive regardless of how much the motoring press rave about their handling abilities. The accident happened at 6:30am when the roads may have been damp from the showers we had overnight on Saturday, enough to catch out a super car with so much power going through the rear wheels no matter how skilled the driver.

That car looks really good in that picture with Evans in it - apart from Evans of course.

Speed is a factor again, speed for the conditions faced at the time does not take skill it takes common sense and not showing off.

That is quite some wreck for it to be completely destroyed like that.

The garden centre was very nice, though. When we eventually got there. I bought a new hose gun thing to replace the 37 Hozelock ones we've gotten through in the last 18 months or so. Hopefully it'll last longer than that other crap... What do you do with them? I got a cheapish Homebase brand one a few years back and it's lasted just fine, even with our heavy handed children using it to fill their paddling pool.

I've got one that's survived about 20 years although I had to buy a new hose last month and got a load of bits free with it including a new, better gun.
