I must be missing it, unless it's hidden behind that box on wheels!

No great surprises there unfortunately. I do wish BMW would calm down a little over the kidney grills, they are getting slightly out of control.

Glad they said it was new..... wouldn't know otherwise.
The grilles are now a farce and a total design horror. Mine looked a million times nicer just for being smaller when I cleaned the Gorilla yesterday.

It's probably bigger than an original X5

I must be missing it, unless it's hidden behind that box on wheels! Same here - just looks like every previous X3 to me - I'd have to google an image of the existing one to see the differences.

They look increasingly like Chris Barrie as Red Dwarf's Rimmer, thumbing his nose back so he can trim his nasal hair.

That looks exactly how you'd expect it to. I hope they don't debadge too many, I won't know if its the 3 or 5....
EDIT I won't know or care.

Official now: It doesn't look very much different...? It looks like a slightly bigger X1.

The X3 has always had a simple shape, but now its got an overly fussy front - way too many lines and shapes going on there - plus wanky rear exhausts. BMW are losing / lost some time ago their design purity.

Looking at that photo, you'd think a fancy house like that could afford a proper drive. Official now:
