I'd assume that there's a section of 40mph, either due to works, local-conditions change in limit (there's an interchange). Also what other endorsements does he have?

The speeding incident on July 22 earned the former defender three points on his licence, taking his total to the 12-point limit.

Hampshire are pretty tight, too. I got done for 78 in a 70, so they don't give you the 10% + 2 mph that some others do. Some forces do just 10% and others 10% +1. I go by the rule that if my dial isn't reading any more than 10% over I'm probably ok as they over read by at least 2mph. |
