Wonder how Lewis will do here, usually one of his best tracks but if he performs like he did at Monaco, it could be a turning point in this year's title race

Really enjoyed qualy, hopefully the race will be as good.
It will be difficult for the Hamilton haters to have a go today, what a fantastic lap. Huge gap to Bottas.
Nice touch from the Senna family at the end.

That was entertaining after the last two free practice sessions. Perhaps Mercedes were carpet bagging after all.

The race needs to be shown earlier on Channel 5 when it is on that side of the Atlantic.
What a fantastic dive by Verstappen at the beginning and I was really disappointed to see him pull off. After that, I don't remember anything because I fell asleep! As I said, it's on too late!

Agree, I was nodding off towards the half way point. I guess the delay is that it needs to be edited to fit in the scheduled time slot.

There needs to be a time lag so SKY customers don't just wait for free-to-air viewing. They can edit on the hoof and have filler elements that are up for sacrifice / inclusion depending on how good / shite the full race is.
Great drive by Lewis but his car was some margin better than everyone else's but Bottas'. Vettel proved why he's the de facto number one at Ferrari: great charge and a couple of decent overtakes in there to dispel the myth from his Red Bull days that he can't do it (I'm guilty as charged) once and for all. Raikkonen seems to be getting the Ferraris that were built in the '70s side of the factory.
Alonso must just be the most frustrated racer in the world at present: what a pile of shite that package is; I see Sainz got the blame for the first lap incident - personally I thought it was Grosjean's fault because it always is as he's a c**t that cost Alonso a title at Ferrari with his fly-by attempt at Spa. Palmer is a wasted seat at present and Perez and Ocon probably won't be sharing a private jet anytime soon.
Slightly annoyed that one win on a power circuit means that "the title pendulum has swung" according the BBC. They should be more wary that even after a piss poor, being down on power, a front nose replacement and an additional stop Seb still made it to 4th.
On the flip side, the motoGP race was not as exciting as it could have been with the Yamahas hating the conditions so being out of it at the sharp end but it was nice to see a Ducati ridden by an Italian win the race on Spanish soil in a series that is owned and dominated by Spaniards.
