I wonder why it hasn't got an IOM plate?

I wonder why it hasn't got an IOM plate? If memory serves, it has to be physically on the Island to be officially re-registered there. I think all imported vehicles require to be tested too, though when I lived on the Island there was no MOT test as such, which always struck me as a bit odd.

Unsurprisingly I knew about this but couldn't say anything until officially released.

Nah, it's not as nice as a 120 bhp diesel Arstra.

I should learn a bit more about the IOM - I've done an awful lot of work there over the last 25 years or so, The Official Tourist Guide a few years back, many other tourist guides, books and calendars including a TT one for the past 4 years but I've yet to set foot on the island.
