Are there any good websites out there that have actual proper journalists writing on them anymore? I couldn’t tell you the last time I read Autocar, either in print or online. Haven’t been near Evo in a long time either. Apple news keeps telling me to look at Drive tripe (spelling intended) and it’s a place where journalist wannabes gather and spout opinions that are ridiculous and facts that are plain wrong. Read an article yesterday on it and the author was talking about Tesla, explaining where the company is going, but his information was nowhere near the truth. Then I saw he was based in France.
What’s good nowadays?

Well it depends on what you're looking for.
Actual car news is hard to come by these days. Nowadays it's all about someone having an opinion on something.

^ In which case you probably need to research automotive trade sites rather than magazine sites.
I can tell you that the Landcruiser LC200 is going to be replaced by the LC300 sometime this year or next, and the rumours are that the V8 will be dropped and it will become a hybrid with a V6 and possibly 4-cylinder options
