Hmmm. Looks really good, but do I want beaded edge tyres on wooden artillery wheels and only rear wheel brakes? Might be worth a look though... www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C1177803These have an excellent reputation and, in sports trim, would beat a 3-litre Bentley around Brooklands. 3.6 litre four cylinder thumper of an engine, which tops out at just over 2,000 rpm. Four speed crash gearbox and rear wheel brakes operated by a hand lever. A foot pedal operates a relatively pointless transmission brake.

They look lovely, but mechanically it sounds terrifying!

I admire your love of classics of that era, but I've got to admit that for £35k there is an incredibly long list of cars way, way ahead of anything that age on my list.

No way I'd pay anywhere near that for a modded Mini. The prices of original minis are starting to get a bit silly nowadays.

I watch Project Binky on Youtube just for the admiration of the engineering and ingenuity that has gone in to it. It looks better than that mini too.

Yes, the price of that Mini is crazy. I could get a 1928 Sunbeam for less.

If that had a more standard external appearance with perhaps just the arches and was in a 1960's original colour, it would be a lot more desirable.
