Decided rather last minute to go to this yesterday as it was near home and only £13 per ticket for adults. It was held in the private gardens in the centre of Belgrave Square, with more cars parked outside the gardens on the inner ring of the square. Joe Public could happily gawk at those for free with the tickets only being needed to get into the gardens themselves. Really nice chilled “enthusiasts” atmosphere noticeably short on “braying pillock” types for a central London event, and a wonderfully eclectic grouping of cars.
These were some of those visible for free outside:
1939 Embiricos Bentley...yours for £950k
Selection of Graeme Hunt's wares...£45k for that LSE Rangie!
Bentley "The Gypsy"
Lovely patinated Maserati racer
Old Italiana
Lovely lightly modernised 3.8 with Coombs spats
Fabulous Lancia racer
Alfasud
Pretty line-up of wantable Italians
Eclectic selection in outer square
Maserati GranSport to right very desirable - a late 07 car and the only one made in Verde Mexico.
Europa, SD1 Vitesse and friends
Sinister Facel Vega
Badly wanted this early pre-airbag 456GT manual
Stonking Lincoln Continental "Pimpmobile"
Jensen CV8 and Lancia Gamma coupe...keeping it rare...
Lambo, Speedster and little bastard...
Brace of Lancias
Just, you know, a DB5, casually parked up not getting much attention...
What a great pair of rare cars! XJR15 and Bugatti Type 35 (albeit a Teal replica)

Thanks. That Triumph in the last photo had taken part in one of those Paris to Peking rallies.

Great pics. The blue Phantom II is a clear winner for me.
I must post some photos of where I was on Sunday, which was knee deep in Phantoms, Ghosts, Clouds and Shadows.

The open one? Brochure says it is a 1928 Phantom I and the last remaining RR styled as a 2/4 seater with an Auster screen...

I did wonder whether it might have been a late I rather than an early II.
I have just looked it up on the RREC database and it is listed as chassis number 56WR, with coachwork by HJ Mulliner.

Loving the XJR15, SL300
Went to Bicester Heritage on sunday which had equal machinery. A 250 Testa Pontoon Tail and a Bizzarini along with a couple of 250SWB. Love it when these cars are seen out and about

It is a well known car in the VSCC and Katie campaigns it regularly in club events.

I'm guessing the XJR15 was a last minute addition, otherwise you'd imagine it would have been in the inner gardens given its rarity/value, rather than just in a corner of the outer square.
