Predictions only in this thread - I think we're all getting the hang of "my" 2017 style...... Top 10, pole, fastest race lap and bonus question: Who will be the faastest driver not to get through to the last part of qualifying (ie nominally P11 on the grid, barring penalties etc) ?

Fascinating practice yesterday. One would think that with the track being so familiar to the drivers mistakes would be non-existent, especially with the extra suction they have for 2017. A combination of harder-than usual tyres and high track temperatures meant this wasn’t the case. Everyone was fighting oversteer, almost like the car was floating on top of the tarmac rather than nailed into it. The small corrections were very visually very subtle, but obviously significant in terms of laptime loss.
Ocon had an unusual but effective driving style, evidenced by outpacing Perez. As the Americans would say, he was “free” on entry, not actually oversteering with armfuls of lock, but he just slithered the front into the tighter corners to cure understeer.
It was almost like it was a dusty new racetrack or something.
