I prefer it as a Porsche. Glad to see they've resisted adding a a mental number of creases to the bonnet.

I do like really that, really modern and even better, not an SUV. The grille is still big, but looks better than recent concepts and I do like the curves.
I'd also prefer the Taycan and being boring and practical, I think it would be a non starter due to rear headroom (as the A7/CLS are)

Here's what it'll look like with those things you need to open the doors with, albeit in disguise-o-vision. The grille looks to mostly filled in, so why bother with it? Another issue I have is that it's A7 sized on the outside, but has the legroom of an A3 inside and only an A4 sized boot. Where has all the space gone?

I wondered that space thing too. Considering electric cars are supposed to have advantages in packaging not available to designers of ICE cars. The range I am used to taking with a pinch of salt because rather like ICE cars the range etc figures are skewed by formulaic manipulation. For the money the huge amounts of plastic, that monstrous face/gob would leave it as an also ran against a Hyundai I10.

I like it even more now I have seen it with door handles. It's like a love child between a Panamera and a TT and the shape just works so well to my eyes. I also like the grill even if it isn't functional - one of the things I dislike about Tesla's is the lack of any "face". And 550 litres of boot space is pretty good too.
