I can’t see this going on the walls of car mad kids. Not exactly a looker...it’s awful...but I do like the driving position.

Hmmm its different. I doubt many of them will actually spend much time on the road. The wheel variation isn't attractive either - that front to rear difference is more usually seen on some £500 banger.
For some reason I expect the front tyres to be in a 155 width........ Must be the disc wheel covers reminding me of the salt lake racers.

Not nice, alas. The Senna is allowed to be challenging, but thinking about it I guess this is also form following function.

I love the spaceship cockpit. The rest is rather odd.

It looks like it comes from one of those kids design programs, no cohesion at all. No doubt it will sell out fast. A long time ago, in a galaxy far away..sorry. I picked up a 'comic mag' in a gp waiting room. There was a story about a face lift that went horribly wron and created a trend for 'ugly' as a fashion. Is this the automotive equivalent? People paying millions for 'their ugly'?

I like it and I bet it'll be stunning in real life.
When I saw the side on image my first thought was Aston Martin. I like that they're doing something rather different to the usual track spec specials.

Think I'd rather go a bit slower in something a good bit more stylish. I never considered the Le Mans racers with this kind of profile to be very attractive cars despite their obvious excellence on the track. Think I would pass on parting with my £1.75m.

Chopped the roof, tail & replaced that God-awful front wheel (best I can do with paint)

Better. I think the rear deck probably would benefit from being higher but presumably there's already a McLaren that has that somewhere in their range?

Someone was a fan of the XJ220. Indeed. Scouse's changes make it look almost acceptable. It just looks plain stupid in its super-elongated, odd wheel natural state. I also see from that article that it is not possible to be street legal in the US due to its three seat arrangement (so no side airbags are fitted) and no wing mirrors (cameras not allowed). So the 30 or so that will reach the US will have to be individually imported by the owners and registered under show vehicle exemptions. And if there are no side airbags, McLaren certainly won't be selling it on the basis of it super NCAP rating....... ;-)

it looks like a concept car from the 70s . Actually remember the Gerry Anderson show U.F.O ? it look like something they would drive in that.
