No the weather is a bit nippy, do you drive in a coat? I can only bear it for a mile or so - for anything other than nipping into town, the coat goes in the boot or on the back seats.

To and from work, yes. It’s more of a jacket than a coat to be honest. Wore my coat last week on a longer drive but it was miserable outside and comfortable enough to wear it anyway. If I’m wearing my coat, I’ll generally remove it.

No, I never wear a coat while driving. A jumper or the very light (work branded) jacket I wear most weekdays is fine, but not a coat.
I’ve had pre heating for the last few years so usually have to remove the light jacket because it’s so toasty.

Not usually, because the Macan and Mini both have heated seats, plus the Macan has a heated steering wheel which is one of those "where have you been all my life?" options.
But if it's very cold and I've got to drive the Fiat a short distance, then yes, because (a) it doesn't have luxuries like heated seats and (b) it has a tiny engine so takes an age to generate enough heat to start sending meaningful warmth into the cabin.

Another who loathes wearing a coat in the car. Even if just nipping down the road the coat goes on the back seat. Heated seats is one of the first option boxes I tick.

I know someone who used to commute from Perth to Livingston every day and in winter wore a long wool coat over his suit (including waistcoat) every day while driving. That's a 90 minute commute.
If it was really cold I might wear a coat for a few minutes but have often then stopped somewhere to take it off once the car starts to put out a bit of heat. The heated seats in the BM are pretty fast acting though so its less of an issue nowadays.

No. Car has heated seats, heated steering wheel, pre-climate. I get infuriated with W2.1 when after about 50metres of leaving the driveway she’s complaining about the heat in the car (although she’s that sort of age now…..) when she’s got three tops and a coat on.

Another no to a coat in the car, even when driving roof down in winter I tend to heaters on and a fleece/hat

I wear a jacket (more of an anorak-style thing really) rather than a "proper" coat, and will take it off if I'm travelling on a long journye, maybe over 40 minutes in the car. I think most people have their car heaters set far too hot

I wear my Smock on the way to the farm which is 5 minutes away along with wellies and waterproof leggings.
I generally hate wearing a coat when driving. When I had the Defender it was necessary though.

I always find it annoying if I forget to take off my coat before I get in the car. It just feels so much more restrictive and my arms aren't as free for steering as when I've just got on a jumper or t shirt. In a car with heated seats and steering wheel I don't need to wear my coat.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. It depends on the variables. On the journey, the outside temperature, the car, the coat and even the destination.
There, I've avoided the question.

"I'm more Kenny from South Park. 😂". Don't get squished!
The one thing I never do is wear a suit jacket or similar when driving (or even being a passenger). If it's cold I'll take off the smart jacket and put on other layers instead.

I set off for work at 6am and the heating in the house has only just come one, so I'm fully layered up. My van doesn't warm up until a few miles into the journey, so the layers stay on. In the 330, I just whack the heated seats on and jump in.

Always, I'm freezing in the mornings. Thin down jackets (seemingly ubiquitous these days) are perfect...
