A 106 is a cracking little car to play around in when you're a learner. They handle like a go cart. Even my old 45bhp diesel one would go round corners faster than I'd dare take most of the modern cats I get to drive (or at least it felt like it, little French cars of that age always did). Only downside is that if she has an accident it'll fold up like a paper bag!

It's only a farm car, was going to end up as scrap, so is destined to live out its days getting mercilessly thrashed across fields in Cheshire.

Good work. Start 'em young with the basic mechanics of driving, then they only need to concentrate on the traffic stuff when they hit the road for real.

Good work. Start 'em young with the basic mechanics of driving, then they only need to concentrate on the traffic stuff when they hit the road for real. Was talking in these terms re: f1 drivers. Because they start in karting so young a lot of the unbelievable catches, and braking point accuracy comes from muscle memory. This allows them to do all the pissing about with settings and telling their engineers to piss off.

Looks like lots of fun, I can remember doing something similar at a mates farm (Old Datsun Sunny)and good practice for the road.
Is that a second row of seats on the Mule? How does that work with the pickup bit?

I've not worked that out yet but I think the pickup bed either slides out or comes off.
