Wonderful, isn't it. I had a nice morning ride out in the Benz, sunroof open and heated seat on, briefly calling in at Caffeine & Machine for a coffee on the way past.
An afternoon walk across the fields was a reminder of how wet it is underfoot.

Indeed it was good to go for a walk without an umbrella. However the frost on the car was something else this morning - lots of whisker-like bits on the roof

It was great. I washed the TVR and washed and Auto Glym'd the black Land Rover.
I also tidied the garage a bit.

Just all be grateful you're not accountants. I have been in the office every day since 2nd January, arriving at least 2 hours before it's light and leaving many hours after it's dark. Roll on February.

Aye, but just remember the old addage:
Old Accountants never die, they simply loose their balance....

It's accrual world, John. Keep going until debit-ter end.

Cheque out these puns!
It was stunning this morning as I drove to work at 7am. Beautiful pink sky prior to sunrise, low mist clinging to the fields, everything white with thick frost and a crystal clear moon. I just love those kind of mornings.

Two cracking weekends. Last weekend we took the dog up the Northumberland coast and walked along the beach to Low Newton. Sat outside the pub for a couple of beers before returning to the local golf club where we ate outside in the sun. This weekend up the Tyne Valley to Allen Banks and a wander along the river, sitting in the sun while the dog swam.

Yeah you can't run an M5 and see daylight. One or the other. So true! That's why my M5 hasn't seen daylight for quite a long time

That's my brother-in-law's 530d estate but my M5 is Le Mans Blue which is very similar.
