There is hope ,plenty of people go on and either beat it or outlive predictions.
My cousin had a genetic shit heap thrust upon him when born.
Born mentally handicapped and epileptic ,at 13 diagnosed with cancer in multiple areas and given 12 months to live.
He lived until he was 43 .

Sorry to hear that Scouse. Having a terminal illness would feel really bittersweet to me. It's a terrible way to go, but at least there is time to prepare for the inevitable. But you have got one, as have we all; it's called "life". |

My Sisters best friend who I have known for 35 years was in Thailand with her 16 year old daughter and got news their dog had been run over.They got on a flight back yesterday and during the flight she took ill,went to the toilet and after a while had not emerged ,the daughter called the stewardesses and they broke down the toilet door ,finding her in quite a state.They took her back to the seat where she started coughing up blood.After landing she was rushed to hospital where she passed away aged 47.
She and her sister had a shit life,their dad passed when they were 4 years old and then her mum passed away when they were in their twenties.

How terrible and I feel so sorry for her daughter. I know how much losing her mum at 21 affected Mrs PG, so poor kid. |

Going through to see my daughter tomorrow; it will be emotional, I have no doubt. |

Life is indeed shit. Found out yesterday that a guy I used to work with lost his two year old son the other day. He choked on a slice of apple.
