Mine are all on a direct debit now. I forgot to un-SORN the TVR for a short period last year. I'm amazed I didn't get pinged and fined.

I can do mine on DD. From memory, as I can't be arsed to go and check, I think it's something like £1.65 per month! I' surprised. I renewed the Captur VED about 10 days ago, and for £20pa I thought that the sole option was annual renewal

If you submit online then you have until the 7th to put your VAT online. You also have to pay it by then of course (if you pay by Direct Debit it comes out your bank on 12th).
