Do you mean negative as less than inflation pay rises, as that’s common, or is it sales/bonus impact?
Are you in the market looking for something else? I would be if I didn't feel secure or had a boss I couldn’t work with, let alone both.
The job market seems to be picking up, we’re finding it harder to get good people and have some decent ones leaving for silly money.
