Indians these days do labour? They are mostly doctors and lawyers now. Any chance we had of them doing cheap labour vanished in the 70's and 80's.
Notice. This barsteward will now be reported to the race relations team at the Mothercare hit squad division and nailed to the pram wheel. Endex.

^ I wouldn't worry; once employers review this and realise that we can all work from home successfully they'll get rid of us and employ someone in India on a third of the salary. Thats a bloody scary thought and anyone whos worked in large corporates will know what shits they are and will do anything to save a £1. I don't miss those sorts of conversation with my US ex-bosses. "Move all the jobs in European finance to Poland, it will be cheaper". "China is a low wage country" etc etc. Actually, I do dispute all that and argued against it. A school leaver in Birmingham to do a low level finance job was not much more expensive than one in Poland or China (as they had to speak American of course which rather narrows the choice...) and it addition an English person understood Anglo-Saxon financial processes and working practices. The Financial controller of the China business (graduate with fluent English and international corporate experience) earnt more than I did. I think more likely is that corporates will, in the medium term if things never revert to "old normal", do what Facebook (I think) have said and if people move away to work from home, salaries will be changed to reflect location. After all, if somebody chooses to live somewhere a lot farther from the South East, why pay South East wages?
