When they say they found a 'fault' with the chassis being driven by SV, how could that happen with all the inspections in a modern build and is this an excuse to excuse SV's performance issues. IMHO, I doubt SV has got so bad without something going badly wrong and not just motivation.

It may have been damaged by excessive driving over raised kerbs, particularly at Silverstone.
However Vettel is reportedly silent after qualifying in Spain
