Nice although I'll skip the Selespeed gearbox option.
I always notice that articles about the 147/156GTA mention the other but pretty much never mention the GT or GTV with the same engine.

The GTV only got the 3.0 version, right?

The 3.2 got put in the GTV when they facelifted it late in its life. I think there were only maybe 200 sold.

Always thought the GTV was a sweeter drive with the Twin spark unit. Bloody lovely things back in the day

Yes, I remember driving a 156 with the 1.8 TS engine years ago and thinking it a nice steer.

Very nice! I agree with Tim than the GTV is a even more of a sleeper, any of those with the 3.0 or 3.2 V6, especially the limited edition models that had a fairly GTA-esque body kit, float my boat. It really helped that Alfa brought out their own LSD late on as well that was able to be fitted to the 147/156/GTV/GT and makes a huge difference - though having had two 156 V6's I would say changing the shocks is the one single thing to do if you are making changes. I would absolutely love to have a big secure garage (I'm talking shopping-centre sized...) and put things like this in it. Oh to be a billionaire, eh! PS I'm inserting my own engine shot here as theirs was sub standard (poor depth of field, wrong focus point). Mine had the strut brace as well which gives it context... PPS - that probably won't work for people as I can't seem to add images any more...
