Yes. I have seen Cohiba leather in the flesh, so-to-speak, and it's very appealing. Just adds interest and tone compared to all-black but still dark and thus practical.
I really like this car a lot but sadly my wife would rightly murder me if I was to turn up at home with it. Even at £55k with 0% finance, it comes in at £550/month compared to £390 for the GC, which has the advantage of back doors and a hatch, plus much lower running costs.
And any way, for £55k and bumped-up running costs, I think I'd much rather have a Maserati GranTurismo.

That is a very special car. It even has the Ultimate pack which basically gives you everything on the extra equipment list incl a heated steering wheel. I think you could get even more off that car and maybe 0% or 2.9% apr. Recent e-mails received have M4 Comps in the low £50's either brand new or pre regd. It listed at £78k, so nothing extra off at the moment. APR 2.9%. And in terms of how much they depreciate I couldn't help noticing this Jan 2019 example for just £41k: usedcars.bmw.co.uk/vehicle/201909041856593Ok, so it's a distinctly safe colour combination and has black wheels, but on the upside it has the full leather, a sunroof and most of the key toys.

I can see why you like that Dick Lovett car. You only live once, etc etc...

I am not sure if I could bring myself to drive a car with a 'Dick Love It' sticker in the window...

That’s getting close to a decent price now for the mileage and spec and it’s about time you actually bought a car in Racing spec.....!

It's very nice. Problem is I have don't close to £50k lying around and it is at a non-franchise dealer, so you're stuck with laughably high interest rates for specialist finance. I pay 2.9% APR on my car, which is bearable as it is pretty much the best you can get on an unsecured personal loan (up to £25k). More than that has no justification in my eyes in a world where the base rates are effectively zero.
So I'll look and dream, but not touch. Anyway, it doesn't have a sunroof...

To be fair that is near perfect spec. Can you cut a Webasto Moonroof into carbon fibre? I still think it about 5K to much but what a car.

With that pricing and the used car dealer's margin, the car could probably have been had for around £50K new from Dick Lovett with some tough bargaining.

If you look at photo 25 it appears they've done a piss-poor job of polishing it properly.
I don't think the leather photographs well on a sunny day either.

No, it couldn't. I tried. Come on Jonny, you dont want to miss out again. It's lovely, but it's not £30k lovelier than my car. And I see it as overpriced. This isn't green and brown, and I don't like the wheels, but apart from that it's a stonking spec (including a sunroof) and it's nearly £6k cheaper with fewer miles from a main dealer, meaning you should be able to chip them down to about 5% APR. That means you should be able to pick it up with around £6k down with monthlies over 4yrs of £450ish. That's £200/month cheaper than the best my man maths could do on the green one meaning over 4yrs the green car would cost nearly £10k more than this one. usedcars.bmw.co.uk/vehicle/201905298459456?quoteref=e180ebca-0c26-4576-a365-ff322058ff96

I've been eyeing it for a while. They had it advertised for ages. It's now a year old with 100 miles on the clock, so not clear why it hasn't sold.

Sunroof and non competition Wheels. I love a sunroof but I'm a tart and would like to bore everyone about my carbon roof more. Non Competition wheels are a deal killer as well, again I don't like the comp wheels but its one of the only visual clues between comp pack and normal spec.

I've looked at it properly and it's got the exterior carbon pack....oh dear. Less obvious on a black car admittedly, but still pretty awful.

The first time I saw it, ages ago, it was £51k.
Spec is best described as "kitchen sink":
Competition Pack DCT transmission Carbon fibre interior trim- black chrome Extended storage Sunblind - rear windscreen electric 19 inch 437m wheels Electric glass sunroof Sun protection glass Adaptive M sport suspension Apple CarPlay Icon adaptive LED headlights Head-up display Concierge service Driving assistant Dynamic safety Harman kardon loudspeaker system Headlight wash High-beam assistant Lane change warning system Park assist Reversing assist camera Speed limit display Surround-view Active security package Advanced parking package Carbon mirror package Full carbon exterior package Comfort access Mobility kit Steering wheel heating

As far as I could see that just seemed to be restricted to the front splitter, wing-mirrors and rear diffuser, which I could cope with on a black car. After all, normally they have an acreage of CF on the roof, which this one is spared. I also think at this point you could perhaps persuade Park Lane to do a wheel swap with one of the several other M4 Comps they have in stock.

I much prefer the green car to the black one. It looks less overtly 'sporty' and just a lot more tasteful - it's more like an Alpina take on the M4.

The green one looks £10k more expensive, much (much) more tasteful.

But I think their pricing is ambitious given there are any number of similarly specified M4s to be found in the Approved dealer network. Fine if you can afford to buy it cash outright. Not fine if you need to add finance to the mix.

I did ring DL about the green one when they originally had it and we first discussed it. But their interest in negotiating on the £60k asking price was non-existent, plus in terms of a part-ex on my current car (then 3yrs old with 19k miles on the clock) they weren't prepared to offer more than simply its end of PCP GFV of £17.4k (which is what I am contractually entitled to be given for it when it will be 4yrs old with up to 32k miles on the clock). So I left it.

I nearly bought an M5 from Dick Lovett. They initially wanted about £5K more than I was prepared to pay and I told them that and they protested that their offer was a great deal. They hummed and hawed a bit and came back with another £1,000 off but by that time I was talking to Barons in Bedford about a car they had. Barons gave me the deal I wanted and on the same day I paid the deposit, Dick Lovett came back to me and said they would do the deal at my price. Too late!
