Can Hamilton secure the title here, and will he do it with a victory? How much wheel-banging will take place on the opening lap?
I will be away again this week-end so not sure when I will be able to work out the results...... just hope it's not another race where the finishing order is not the same as the final placings

Perez to start from the pitlane as a penalty for failing to go to the weighbridge when directed, during 1st day of testing

Angry Max in Q3, petulant child threw his dummy out of the pram rather than behave like a grown up. Again.

Angry Max in Q3, petulant child threw his dummy out of the pram rather than behave like a grown up. Again. He will never be a word champion IMO, he has the speed but not the brains. I also get fed up with the "he's young" excuse, yes he is but he's been in F1 now for 5 seasons and he's been in motor racing since he was a child, he should be more than mature enough now to not act in the manner that he does, but then look at who his father is!! I think he will go down as a wasted talent, I also can't see any other team wanting him given his attitude.

Rather odd that Albon has managed more in the time he has been there. Not as fast but much more mature in how he reacts to a given situation. Max is throwing his talent away with a spoiled brat attitude.
I wonder where Daniel would have been if he had not felt Max to be the number one this season. I believe it is why he left Red Bull.

I think being a world champion is more about the car and the team than it is about the driver.
About a third of the F1 drivers have the capability to be a world champion if they had the right car. Bottas would be world champion if Hamilton was driving for, say Torro Rosso and I think Verstappen in a Ferrari or Mercedes would also have the potential. At the moment, Verstappen is always chasing because he doesn't have the fastest car in a straight line and that probably means he takes more chances in the braking zones or mid corner than he would have done if he had another 10km/hr down the straight. He does make stupid mistakes but I reckon that is just him trying to compensate for the deficiencies in the car.

Quite agree but someone at Red Bull should show him extensive footage of Alonso in the Ferrari as an example of how to use sheer ability to make up for being in a slower car while not being a twat about it. I realise Alonso was at a significantly different stage in his career but perhaps Max wouldn't be so arrogant as to learn from the example of others.
