Someone went mad with the air line and over inflated it.

Was hoping to be able to type something along the lines of 'at least it's not as ugly as the last one' - but not sure that I can...

It makes the last one look dated. I do admire what they've done, it's a well resolved thing even if it's not my kind of car.

It's a good update of the last one but, same as Michael, not my thing at all.

Love it. It’ll fly out the showrooms.

Looks fantastic, I really like it.
Still got the crap Nissan window switches (that the Kadjar no longer has), though.

A good, modern update. Not my sort of thing, but it will do well.

That is a really successful update. Exterior and interior wise. I hope it sells really well. Although I think I'd avoid the orange interior.
There is a hint of Lexus "X" range about the back end.

They didn't fuck around with the formula, did they? Ugly sells, so Nissan stuck with it.

Get ready to see lots of those on the road. With their front fog lights on. Seems standard for a Juke.

Nope. All the ones I see have 3 lots of lights on at the front. DRLs, headlights then fogs.

One morning on the A19, out of sheer boredom, I studied Jukes coming towards me. 25% had their fogs on. I think I stopped counting at 28.

On some cars you can switch the fogs on and leave them on and some you have to switch them on every time the engine is started. Why isn't the latter set up standard? That way you'd be 100% sure that the tosser dazzling you with their foglights on in the rain has got in their car and purposely switched them on after they've started the engine. Because they're a cunt.

I think they probably would, as I think you have to pull the light switch out to operate them - not sure I've ever had them on actually!

My Clio was the only car where they could be left on, as they were on a barrel switch on the indicator stalk. All the other cars have been a momentary switch operating a latching relay which resets once the switch is prodded again or the ignition turned off . Current car has them on the headlight switch and gives a warning if you turn the engine off with it still in the fog position.
I reckon most people get in their car and activate them on purpose...

On the E39 you have to turn a knob to put the fogs on so you can leave the fronts on. However the rears are operated by turning the same know slightly further but it springs back so if you wanted them on you have to do it each time. On the 3 series there are separate buttons hidden away behind the steering wheel and above your right knee so on the rare occasions you need to use either you have to have a proper look

There are separate buttons for the front and rear fog lights on mine and they will switch off automatically when you turn the engine off. I’ve only used the fronts once, in thick fog and as they’re very bright LEDs they did make a bit of a difference, but even better, it changed the beam pattern on the headlights so the light pattern was lower and longer.

I didn't think cars had front fog lights, going by Vauxhalls mid 90's sales literature I thought they were 'driving' lamps.

About the best thing I can say is that it's a lot nicer than the one it replaces - but then it would be hard not to.

Don't answer that at the back!!!) Anyway, the lights are set to 'auto' on a rotary dial which has to be pulled out once for front fogs and again for the rear (one). If the rotary remains on auto the fogs remain on too. Only if you turn the rotary switch to off will the fogs go off. I think. Now I think on it, I didn't check in 'rear fogs on' setting .. .. .. Doh!

The adaptive lights on the VRS have a 'fog mode' which activates if you put the front fog lights on and, possibly, via the camera behind the mirror, too. I've not noticed it do a great deal other than stop the bendy beams bending.

Personally I find front fog lights make next to sod all difference in anything but the the absolute thickest of thick fog, at night, when turning off dipped headlights helps by having a light source low to the road. They are, however, good in heavy snow, at night, as you don't get as much of the "Star Wars hyperspace" effect!

My car has the foglights built into the headlights somehow and not a separate unit in the bumper. I have to turn the switch from auto, past the dipped setting, at which point it pops outwards on a cam to two further positions. Never used them or even tried them, just found this out when familiarising myself with the controls.
