I would still have one, though.

Setting aside my general opinion that fast Audis should be discreet expresses... It does look immense that. I can get on board with the front end but the lower rear is a bit naff. Perhaps it wouldn't jump out at you so much if it was in carbon fibre. The width would obviously be an issue in this country - it looks as if the haunches are even wider than the wing mirrors, making every journey through narrow streets a bit of a nightmare.

It seems that Lexus have been design leaders all this time without us ever realising.
And that silver trim at the back of the Audi is nasty. Who on earth thought that was a good feature?

I'm disappointed. I expected to see a copy of a letter issued to all Audi design staff enclosing their P45 and another letter to Sharp or Ricoh renewing the maintenance subscription to their lone (black and white) photocopier.

Rather overdoing the visual aggression for me.

Desperately needs a black pack to get rid of the bright trim front and rear, which is awful and it’s a touch overdone, but I do really like it.

Why do the police not stop them - surely it's an easy collar? Cos there ain't enough cops and there are far more pressing things to deal with like neighbours falling out and Facebook spats. Interestingly, we had a notice on the intranet at work last week asking us to deal with these more often, in our "down time". Problem is, there isn't any down time. However, I'm happy to try and fit some enforcement in. At the request of the community. This community!

Bonnet pleats are a bit much, too. It's a 'Powerdome' dontcha know! At least according to interview with the designer in the latest issue of Autocar.

It's been my dream job since watch CHiPs. I reckon 10 x £100 fines a day would keep two coppers in a car out on the road doing my dirty work.

Really like that. The RS6 has been a favourite of mine in its different forms, this is no exception. I’m wondering when he filmed it because there’s been no snow in Death Valley this winter. Last winter was incredibly wet in California and the drought officially ended in February, so it seems an older filming of it. Not that that matters.
I still want one.

It looks brilliant, maybe too brilliant. The outgoing RS6 was popular with thieves, and this new one looking the way it does, not much will change.

I love it ,always have loved rs6’s .Always put off because in Manchester I knew people who had them and literally were mugged or dragged out of the car.

The valley hasn’t had snow but the Panamint range in Death Valley National Park regularly gets it and it’s highest peak is over 11,000’ so quite possible that he filmed it there.

It wasn't Death Valley, though, it was high up in the hills. But that's what death valley looks like - it has jaggy mountains on either side. I camped in death valley once, stood at the point that is something like 30ft below sea level and then drove all the way to Tahoe and arrived in shorts and tee shirt as the snow came down and the skiers walked past - it's a very varied place and a sureal experience.
