For some reason I cannot get freeview channel 48, the last retune lost some channels and buggered up the order of the others which is curious but not a surprise I suppose. Clicknology is wonderful when it is working. That's happened at least once with all our TVs. (By which I mean the current Panasonic downatairs, its LG predecessor and the Alba upstairs - not loads of Tvs all over the house!) I just retuned again and all was well.

^ Every so often, Freeview resequence the channels. It's annoying particularly if your TV software is not that intuitive to use

A Monster Calls - a story of a troubled boy visited by a yew tree-based monster (no, not Jimmy Savile) who tells him three stories, and insists upon hearing his truth. The stories are beautifully animated (like water colours) and the story itself is deeply moving. I'm not entirely sure it had focussed its energies in terms of who it was aimed at, but a genuinely good film that seems to have gone unnoticed.

Second season is set in South America. Season...... I enjoyed both series, but slow at times and the first was better than the second, but good overall.

The problem is that Netflix and Prime being American, you get bombarded by the word.

Half way through season 2 now and it's all getting a bit Jason Bourne, even the music is similar. How was the fella from Game of Thrones able to leap across the rooftops with only one eye. Don't you need both for gauging perspective and distances? Actually no. It’s no barrier to being an airline pilot, either.

Richard Porter (Sniff petrol) has just thrown together a book for £4.50 on Amazon called a medium sized book of boring car trivia.
I’m guessing you nerds are the ideal audience.

Walking Dead series 9. I've said this before, but it's getting old now.
Random thing, but the leader of the new group The Highwaymen looks like Waylon Jennings. Coincidence - I think not.

Is Walking Dead still going? Last episode I watched was when Rick Grimes was airlifted away. I presume they've not explained that yet?

Walking Dead was great at the beginning and made it to about season 4 I think where they were in the prison but it was so repetitive, how they've dragged it out to season 9 who knows.

I'm trialing Netflix to see if I want to take it up. Whats everyone's recommendations for Netflix only?
Watched Gangs of London on Sky Atlantic yesterday, a bit gruesome in places but the first series should be a good watch.
